Here is where you can apply for our rental properties online by filling out all of the fields below.  Please note that it will take approximately 24-48 hours to process your application and you will be notified via phone or e-mail of the status of your application.  The link below will open a form to be submitted via e-mail.  Therefore when you click "submit" on the rental application, your normal e-mail program will open to send the document immediately. 

The purpose of online applications is only to expedite the application process. 

Please note that this is not a secure connection and any information that you input may be viewed by potential internet spyware.  Dizmang Properties is hereby held harmless from any and all liability due to the submission of information of this online application.   If you prefer, you can print an application and fill it out on paper. Then you can either mail it, fax it, or bring it to our office at the address listed on the top of the application.

Before final approval of an online application can be obtained, Dizmang Properties must have your original signature on this application and this must be done by coming to our office to sign the application and present photo identification of yourself.
